MESOTHERAPY (INTEGRAL INTENSIVE BIOSTIMULATION)
Revitalization-Rehydration-Regeneration-Remodeling with 50mg of high molecular weight hyaluronate and 195mg of amino acids. Optimal formulation for fibroblast stimulation, collagen formation, and maintenance of the extracellular matrix.
- Stabilizes the electrolyte balance of the extracellular matrix by optimizing the biochemical reactions that occur within it.
- Delays cellular apoptosis and tissue aging.
- Exerts an anti-inflammatory and reparative action on connective tissue.
- Less susceptible to endogenous hyaluronidase due to its high molecular weight, resulting in longer-lasting treatment effects.
Minimally invasive treatment: Can be applied with a mesotherapy needle or Dermapen.
Medical device with sterile CE Class III certification.
VEGAN EXOSOMES
This is a lyophilized product made from Damask Rose stem cells. Its key ingredients include growth factors, peptides, amino acids, coenzyme, vitamins, minerals, glutathione, hyaluronic acid, growth factors, and amino acids.
- Indications: Skin laxity, dull and dehydrated skin, aged skin with loss of vitality, acne-prone skin, acne scars, surgical scars, hyperchromic and hypochromic spots, and dark circles.
- Effect: Increases collagen synthesis, improving skin laxity and radiance, and homogenizing skin tone. It regenerates aged skin, improves inflammatory skin conditions, tightens dilated pores, controls active acne, and reduces acne and surgical scars.
- Minimally Invasive Treatment: It can be applied with laser light or Dermapen. It is recommended to undergo 3-5 sessions at the beginning of the treatment, allowing full skin recovery between sessions, with 3-4 weeks recommended between each session.
- Maintenance Treatment: Reminder sessions are recommended every 6 or 12 months.
- Results: Depend on the individual and the condition being treated. Results become visible from the second or third day after the procedure.
- Treatment Limitations: Skin with high regeneration capacity. Exosomes do not provide artificial volumizing effects because they are not a filler material. They temporarily improve deep wrinkles.
CHEMICAL PEELING MASK FOR MELASMA
What is melasma? Melasma is a strictly aesthetic issue, but it can have social repercussions for the affected patient. It is characterized by an acquired brownish hyperpigmentation that appears in sun-exposed areas (cheeks, forehead, upper lip, chest, back of the forearms) and decreases when the patient avoids ultraviolet rays. Melasma is more common in women, although it can occur in 10% of men. It may be associated with pregnancy, the use of contraceptive hormones, or possibly certain medications like diphenylhydantoin, but it can also have an unknown cause. In some cases, it disappears spontaneously months after childbirth or after stopping contraceptive hormones, and it may or may not return with each new pregnancy.
Types of melasma:
- Epidermal melasma: The pigment is located in the more superficial layers of the skin.
- Dermal melasma: The pigment is located in the deeper layers of the skin.
- Mixed melasma: The pigment is located in both the epidermal and dermal layers.
- Melasma treatment: From my professional experience, treating melasma is a real challenge due to its multifactorial or unknown origin. The invasive procedures used to treat melasma trigger an inflammatory process, which can lead to a rebound effect, worsening the color intensity and extent of the spot.
Currently, I use non-invasive techniques with good results, such as a high-safety chemical peel composed of exfoliating substances, high-concentration retinol, and agents that stimulate collagen and restore the skin barrier. Additionally, I combine other techniques such as low-power light (LED) with biomodulators. It is important to note that no treatment is the most effective. The best treatment for melasma is prevention using broad-spectrum sunscreen, whether it contains titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. Chemical sunscreens are not recommended for blocking visible radiation.
